Firstly, dragon boat racing requires good leadership and organizational skills. Therefore, experienced individuals can serve as team leaders or coaches, coordinating the team’s training and competition plans.
Secondly, dragon boat racing involves knowledge and skills from various sports medicine and science fields, with professionals such as doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and coaches. They each possess different skills and knowledge and can learn from each other and collaborate.
In addition, dragon boat racing also requires good communication and coordination skills, as the entire process involves many individuals, such as the helmsman and paddlers, who need to work closely together to ensure the dragon boat moves safely and efficiently.
Our organization has coordinated and organized students and faculty from medical, nursing, and sports science departments from various universities to participate in this year’s dragon boat racing event. We hope that dragon boat racing can become an excellent platform for cross-disciplinary team cooperation, allowing professionals from different fields to get to know each other, respect each other, learn from each other, improve the team’s cohesion and collaboration skills.
Our organization is committed to promoting preventive medicine and promoting cross-disciplinary medical cooperation through sports. This platform serves as an important way to improve the quality of basic medical services, enrich the professional structure of basic medical teams, promote cooperation and coordination between teams, improve the quality and efficiency of medical services, and promote the development and optimization of basic medical services.
